Dawn Delivers Luxury to Braehead

Dawn Construction has completed the Scottish Headquarters for internationally renowned luxury tile, bathroom and kitchen manufacturer Porcelanosa following a 50 week project at the Braehead site.

Dawn - one of Scotland’s leading independent construction companies completed the 90,000 sq ft design and build project to create an enviable ceramic tile distribution centre including a warehouse, offices, a display area and all associated external work.

The £9 million project also featured some unusual aspects for the construction team including an innovative ceramic tile rainscreen system to the showroom and office block and the insertion of a wetroom in the showroom for customers to try out the company’s whirlpool baths, spas, steam and hydrotherapy products.

The completion of the Scottish headquarters follows Porcelanosa’s decision to invest further in the Scottish market and to create a striking setting for the internationally applauded products that claims to be favourites of A-list stars including John Travolta, Claudia Schiffer, Sophia Loren and Sergio Garcia.
