Work Commences at Robroyston
1 October 2006
Work has now commenced at Dawn Development's project at Saughs Road, Robroyston. The project received detailed plannign and construction has now begun on the £20m retail development. The development includes 86,000 sq ft of retail space with Homebase as the anchor tenant in Unit 1 with 35,000sqft. The work also includes forming a new southern lane of the existing single carriageway creating a new dual carriageway adjacent to the site. The project is due for completion in May 2007.
