As Managing Director of Dawn Construction Ltd, Ray is responsible for the performance of the business including the establishment of strategic direction and development. Over the last few years he has overseen the implementation of these strategic plans resulting in financial growth and an enhanced profile for the company. Prior to taking up his current position with Dawn, he held the position of General Manager for Strongforce Engineering Plc at the O'Rourke group, and before this, held a senior management position within Bovis Lendlease, operating throughout the UK.

Alex has been with the company since 1976 and has a comprehensive knowledge of the construction industry. In his current capacity as Construction Director, Alex oversees all operational aspects of Dawn Construction projects. In particular, Alex focuses on providing an overview on the progress and quality of the works and performance of the team, ensuring that Dawn always delivers a high quality service under any given circumstance. Alex holds a BSc (Hons) Building, MCIOB and MaPS.

Gordon joined Dawn as a Surveyor in 1976 and was appointed to the board in 1982. In his current role he is responsible for all surveying, estimating and marketing matters. Gordon has an in-depth knowledge of the construction industry and has a keen interest in remaining acutely aware of current market trends. He has experience of a wide variety of contract types in all market sectors across a range of project values. Over the years, Gordon has played a major role in the strategic growth of Dawn Construction.
