Dawn Construction Ltd is the Groups founding company, and over the last 34 years we have grown to become one of the countries leading construction specialists.  We have enjoyed a recent period of financial growth and have a secured turnover, this year, of £85M. We also have a healthy forward order book providing a balanced portfolio of work across all sectors for the following years.
 
We have an extremely successful track record of delivering projects, which demonstrates our experience, capability and reliability.  This experience covers the entire spectrum of market sectors, including retail, commercial, industrial, residential, leisure, health and education.  From supermarkets to manufacturing facilities, retail parks to hotels, hi-tech offices to leisure centres, we have firmly established ourselves as a market leader with projects ranging in size from £3M to £30M.

With extensive experience in both the private and public sector, we lead the way in all procurement routes.   Our high level of technical capability coupled with creative flair and market insight enables us to develop fresh but cost effective designs and also meet the most rigorous timescales.

We are also one of the leading providers of services within the PFI/PPP health and education sectors.  We take an active role in equity investment, design, construction and facilities management.  We have three schemes that have been operating successfully for up to six years, three projects in the construction stage and several more at the bidding stage.

The volume of repeat business we enjoy is testimony to both our track record and our approach towards business.  This approach is both business minded and also with the aim of making business a pleasure for our staff, clients, and suppliers.  We genuinely work towards understanding what our business partners want and then exceeding these expectations.  We have built up a high level of trust with both clients and suppliers allowing us all to conduct our business in an open and honest environment.  This enables us to work with a genuine team ethic and use our alliances to provide a flexible responsive service delivering solutions that work and add value.
