This project involves the design and build of a new 2/3 storey private hospital including four operating theatres, diagnostics/imaging, sports clinic, rehabilitation gym and a minor injuries unit together with the provision of ten reference doctor consulting suites within the hospital.

The hospital will be a state-of-the art medical facility and the first stand alone day surgery hospital with overnight beds in Glasgow and is the first of a series of facilities throughout the UK.

The building has been designed to allow future vertical (one/two storey) expansion and the addition of a second MRI scanner.
