This project comprises the construction of a 2-storey private day-surgery hospital with treatment and consultation facilities, totalling 4,000m2.

This state of the art facility will accommodate 6 consulting rooms, 7 in-patient rooms, 8 day-care pods, an operating theatre department, accommodation for minor procedures, a Cath Lab, an IVF suite, a Diagnostic imaging department including X-ray, also MRI and CT scanning facilities and associated accommodation, a Chemotherapy Unit, a Physiotherapy Department, and Management, Administration and Staff accommodation.
