This is a site of 13 acres immediately adjacent to Glasgow City Centre. Dawn has contracted to purchase the site on a subject to planning basis. We submitted a mixed use master plan to the planning authority, Glasgow City Council, which was approved in October 2005. The master plan contains:-
Work has commenced on site for the ground works and infrastructure. On approval of the outline planning application, Dawn will submit a detailed application for Phase 1 comprising 4 individual buildings as follows:
