Dawn Riverside is a joint venture arrangement with McKenzie Pollock. The majority of the land holding was sold to Asda in November 2006 who are now on site undertaking the main construction contract.
The former "Ailsa Craig" Hotel on site is a listed building and remains in the control of Dawn Riverside with a view to refurbishing as a public house at a later date. The remaining section of the site, formerly the railway goods yard, is anticipated to become a residential site of around 25 plots in the future.
