Two new Dawn showhomes take centre stage in Airdrie

Leading Scottish housebuilder, Dawn Homes, has opened two elegant showhomes at its ‘Woodlands’ development in Airdrie.

Comprising a mix of three- and four-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes conveniently located just off the town’s Dykehead Road, Woodlands is already proving a popular choice for househunters, with several having camped out at the development to bag a home when the first phase was launched.

The first showhome at the development is ‘The Cumbrae’, an elegant property that exemplifies the largest style of four-bedroom villa. The second showhome is the ‘The Arran’; also a four-bedroom villa.

The Cumbrae showhome illustrates the exacting standards a buyer can expect from Dawn Homes. On entering the showhome, viewers are greeted by an entrance hall that is decorated in sand and cream hues, with plush sand carpeting that continues throughout the villa.
