We are therefore pleased that our ethos has also been recognised not only by our clients who have purchased a Dawn Home on the site of their choice but by the prestigious Glasgow Herald Property Award ceremony recently held in Glasgow.

These awards were open to all builders through-out Scotland, with a number of catagories, ensuring that all types of homes from each developer's product range had equal opportunity of being a winner. The standards were high & the volume level of entries exceeded expectations.

Dawn were delighted to have been in the final 3 in the category of "Best Family Home", alongside 2 of our high profile & well respected competitors, narrowingly missing out on the overall award. We are however pleased with this result as it highlights that Dawn Homes do recognise the importance of offering a product that is well received & within the reach of the all important potential purchaser who visits our developments.

The recognition was for our "Cumbrae" house type at our "Woodlands" development in Airdrie but needless to say we are confident that the criteria set, & matched by us, is also applied to all of our house types on all of our ongoing sites.
