I got your email address from the Dawn Homes web site and I am basically just sending you this message to tell you how pleased I am with my new home and the outstanding continued care and service I've received from yourselves.

I moved into plot 184 Woodlands 3 weeks ago and it would be an understatement to say that I love my new house. It is amazing, everything I could have hoped for and more and the finish is second to none.

Throughout the buying process and prior to moving in, Annmarie was excellent. We had our fair share of worries and she was always on hand with a sympathetic ear, as well as good advice and guidance. Hopefully she will take up my offer soon and pop in for a coffee and a chat.

Since moving in I have had a few small snags and mishaps (i.e. the drains), however, these have been dealt with quickly and efficiently and I have been assured that if there are any other problems they will be dealt with straight away. Which I have no doubt about.

The builders and sub-contractors on site are gentlemen and ensure that although I live on the street that is the main thoroughfare for the building area, they try to be as careful and considerate as they can be with their vehicles and heavy machinery.

Anyway, all in all, both myself, my partner and my 6 year old son are absolutely delighted with our new home and would just like to say thanks for making the purchase and settling in period as smooth as possible.

I feel compelled to contact you regarding the site manager on this development.

People are always quick to contact you regarding complaints but I wish to do the opposite. I am writing to you in connection with the site manager (Alan) at this development. I wish that you pass our sincere thanks to him and his assistant manager Derek.

When my Husband and I moved to this property, Alan and Derek were always on hand to give us a helping hand, either with changing door handles to helping with our washing machine!

On the 5th September I was expecting a delivery from Comet. They arrived and within minutes they advised they could not plumb my washing machine in. I immediately went to look for Alan who was in the adjoining property. Alan immediately took action and within minutes got someone to change the socket. Not only did he assist me with this matter but he took it on to deal with Comet. Comet still did not plumb the washing machine and Alan complained on my behalf. You may wonder why I did not deal with this matter myself? As you can appreciate moving home is very stressful but I have the added stress of having a 10 month old son and I'm also expecting again. Alan was aware of this and to alleviate the added stress he helped me with this matter.

No matter how busy Alan and Derek are, (and believe me they are very busy!) if you have any queries or need help they are always there.

Further to our telephone conversation I would further state that I am delighted with my new Dawn Home and impressed by the standard of finish. However like all new builds I appreciate that there can be minor snagging items which although not apparent during the walk through, do become more visible after being in the property for a couple of weeks.

With the timing of me moving into this preoperty and the subsequent conclusion of this development, I have been unable to raise these issues with the site suprevisor, Craig, who I believe is now focused on a new development.

At this point may I also state that Craig has been most helpful to deal with and is a credit to your organisation.
