Christmas Dreams for Robroyston

Dreams Bed Centres have taken an 8,000sqft unit at Glasgow North Retail Park in Robroyston and will be open for Christmas.

Dawn Developments purchased the 12.55 acres situated between the M80 Stepps by-pass and the Asda Superstore at Robroyston from Elmford Limited in April 2006 and a pre-letting deal was concluded with Homebase, as anchor tenant, for a unit of 35,000sqft and 13,000sqft garden centre. Additionally an agreement has also been concluded with Dream Beds Centres for an 8,000sqft unit.
