The Group operates three main divisions: Dawn Construction specialising in main contracting, Dawn Homes specialising in the private residential market and Dawn Developments specialising in development and regeneration projects. The ability of these three divisions in working together to deliver an integrated package for our clients is a key driver of our success as is our streamlined management structure which is reflected in our prompt decision making abilities and speedy response times.

Dawn Construction is the Group's founding company and over the last 34 years has grown to become one of the countries leading construction specialists. The division has enjoyed a recent period of financial growth and has a secured current year turnover of over £85m as well as a healthy forward order book providing a balanced portfolio of work across all sectors for the following years.

Dawn Homes builds in excess of 200 homes each year throughout Central Scotland. From affordable homes and city centre apartments through to luxury executive villas, they combine quality materials with the highest standards of construction to provide a first class standard of homes for their customers. The division is actively seeking land for residential development on an ongoing basis.

Dawn Developments is a trading developer with considerable experience in managing the entire development process; locating the optimum site, negotiating with occupiers, undertaking the construction and finally selling completed investments. They invest in a range of commercial property locations throughout the country and in a variety of market sectors including retail, leisure, office, health and industrial - often through partnerships with land owners or other developers.

The Group also has a 50% stake in Ayr Racecourse.
